Indianapolis Fruit, a FreshEdge LLC company, is hiring CDL A Local Reefer Drivers in Indianapolis, IN. Drivers will haul freight within a 400 mile radius of Indianapolis then return home; 10 hour rests will often keep drivers overnight with an immediate turn home.

Qualifications

• CDL A license and 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Air-brakes endorsement required.
• Driving record cannot exceed 6 points at any time.
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Hiring radius: within 60 miles of Indianapolis, IN or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight within a 400 mile radius of Indianapolis, then return home.
• Two overnights per week with multiple days home each week.
• Operate Freightliner M2 Reefer Trucks and conventional tractors.
• Unload pallets as needed and manage pallet handling manually.
