Job summary

TransForce is seeking CDL-A drivers for local, first-shift routes based in Cincinnati, OH. Earn $29 per hour with weekly pay between $1,200 and $1,400, and work with a driver-focused team.

Requirements include CDL-A with at least 18 months of experience (flatbed preferred), Forklift experience, and a clean MVR with DOT/FMCSA compliance. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and referral program.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and valid.
• Minimum 18 months of CDL driving experience, flatbed preferred.
• Forklift experience or training available.
• Clean MVR; no major violations in last 3 years; DOT/FMCSA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment on local routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
• Secure loads and straps.
