Job summary

Obriensteel is looking for CDL Drivers to support material delivery across our customer network in Peoria, IL. This position offers local routes to ensure drivers can be home daily while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Drivers will transport steel products using flatbed trailers, require a valid CDL Class A license, and experience with flatbed hauling is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k) match, are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely in varying weather and road conditions.
• Previous commercial driving or flatbed experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport steel products to customers using flatbed trailers.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
