Ryder System, Inc. in Perth Amboy, NJ is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver. Local home daily routes to NYC/MA with 40+ hours weekly and shift times from 12:00 PM or 7:30 PM.

Weekly pay, hourly and mileage pay, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus at 30 and 90 days accompany a robust benefits package. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass Ryder drug test.
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle checks including drug/alcohol verification from the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide Class A CDL and endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and company rules.
• Detect and mitigate safety hazards; maintain logs and records.
• Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
