Job summary

GXO is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for home daily, with options including Friday–Sunday 7am–7pm, Thursday–Sunday 7am–5:30pm or Thursday–Sunday 1pm–11:30pm. This role focuses on local routes that get you home daily and requires a CDL A license and a clean MVR.

As a driver you will operate a 53-foot tractor trailer, perform touch freight, conduct inspections, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries. GXO emphasizes safety and reliability while offering strong benefits.

Qualifications

Pay rates starting at $29.50 and $2-3/per hour shift differential plus overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week.

About the role

As a CDL Driver, you’ll not only drive our equipment, but you’ll also drive our success! You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily. Responsible for safely transporting materials between company facilities and ensuring timely, accurate movement of products and equipment to support daily operations.

What you’ll need to succeed at GXO

At a minimum you’ll need:

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 21 years old
• A current valid CDL A driver’s license and an acceptable MVR

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
