Position Summary

Merchandisers work in local stores to keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs, transporting product, replenishing, facing, and rotating products, building and taking down displays, maintaining signage, cleaning, and securing damaged products.
• Manage backroom inventory, organize backstock, identify and report inventory levels, evaluate damaged products, re-pack, and organize backroom materials.
• Operate powered and manual equipment, complete store documentation, communicate with store and company personnel, identify unsafe conditions, attend training, and follow policies and laws.
• Utilize mobile devices for work, operate a motor vehicle, provide customer service, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Six months of work experience in relevant environments.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Preferred Skills

• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks, certifications preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering objects up to 50 lbs; standing at least 6 hours; walking at least 4 miles; ability to read small to large print; accommodations for disabilities available.
