Local CDL-A Driver Wanted - $5,500 Sign On Bonus!

Position Summary

Merchandisers work in local stores to keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.

Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To
  • Maintaining product in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs; transporting product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment (e.g., pallet jack, handtruck); utilizing hand tools; replenishing, facing, and rotating product; building, changing, and taking down product displays; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space; and securing damaged or defective product.
  • Managing backroom by organizing and consolidating backstock.
  • Identifying, monitoring, and reporting backstock inventory levels.
  • Evaluating and processing damaged or defective product.
  • Re-packing product and organizing backroom materials.
  • Operating powered equipment (e.g., straddle stacker, powered pallet jack) and manual equipment (e.g., pallet jack).
  • Completing store documentation and cleaning backroom.
  • Maintaining areas of responsibility in designated accounts by communicating with store and company personnel.
  • Identifying and reporting unsafe working conditions.
  • Attending and completing company training and certifications, following policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
  • Following applicable laws and utilizing a mobile device to complete work activities.
  • Operating a motor vehicle.
  • Providing customer service by resolving concerns, answering questions, and assisting with product location.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
  • Six months of work experience in a relevant environment (e.g., warehouse, construction, grocery, hospital, etc.).
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
  • Must pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Beverage industry experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • One year of experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
  • Certifications for straddle stacker and powered pallet jack.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Repetitive lifting, carrying, and positioning objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Repetitive pushing and pulling of manual transport equipment over at least 100 yards.
  • Fine motor skills for grasping and manipulating objects.
  • Ability to work physically over sustained periods.
  • Reading small to large print.
  • Standing for at least 6 hours and walking at least 4 miles daily.
