Position Summary
Merchandisers work in local stores to keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.

Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To
Maintaining product in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers; replenishing, facing, and rotating product; building and changing displays; maintaining signage; cleaning space; securing damaged products; managing backstock; operating equipment; completing documentation; ensuring safety; providing customer service; and other duties as assigned.

Required Skills And Experience
Must be at least 18 years old or meet state legal age requirements, have 6 months of relevant work experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. regularly, pass drug and background checks, and operate a motor vehicle is required.

Preferred Skills And Experience
Experience in beverage industry, customer service, operating pallet jacks, and certifications in straddle stacker and powered pallet jack are preferred.

Physical Demands And Work Environment
Ability to lift, push, pull, and manipulate objects weighing up to 50 pounds; stand for at least 6 hours; walk at least 4 miles; and perform physical tasks over sustained periods. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for disabilities.
