Local CDL-A Driver Wanted - $5,000 Sign On Bonus!

Position Summary

Merchandisers work in local stores to keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.

Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To

1. Maintaining product in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs; transporting product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment; replenishing, facing, and rotating product; building and changing displays; maintaining signage; cleaning; and securing damaged or defective product.
2. Managing backroom by organizing and consolidating backstock.
3. Monitoring and reporting backstock inventory levels.
4. Evaluating and processing damaged or defective product.
5. Re-packing and organizing backroom materials.
6. Operating powered equipment like straddle stackers and pallet jacks, as well as manual equipment.
7. Completing store documentation and maintaining cleanliness.
8. Communicating with store and company personnel about status and concerns.
9. Identifying and reporting unsafe working conditions.
10. Attending and completing company training and certifications, following policies and laws.
11. Utilizing mobile devices for work activities and operating a motor vehicle.
12. Providing customer service by resolving concerns, locating products, and assisting customers.
13. Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Skills And Experience

1. Must be at least 18 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
2. Six months of work experience in related environments involving heavy lifting.
3. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
4. High school diploma or GED.
5. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
6. Pass a post-offer drug test and background check.

Preferred Skills And Experience

1. Beverage industry experience.
2. Customer service experience.
3. One year of experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
4. Certifications for straddle stacker and powered pallet jack.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

Repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering objects up to 50 pounds; standing for at least 6 hours; walking at least 4 miles; and performing physical activities over sustained periods.
