Position Summary

Merchandisers work in local stores to keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.

Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To

1. Maintaining product in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs, transporting product, replenishing, facing, rotating, building displays, maintaining signage, cleaning, and securing damaged products.
2. Managing backroom inventory, organizing backstock, and reporting inventory levels.
3. Evaluating and processing damaged or defective products, re-packing, and organizing backroom materials.
4. Operating powered and manual equipment such as pallet jacks and straddle stackers.
5. Completing store documentation, maintaining areas of responsibility, and reporting safety concerns.
6. Attending training, following policies and laws, and utilizing mobile devices for work activities.
7. Operating a motor vehicle and providing customer service by addressing consumer and store personnel concerns.
8. Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Skills And Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old and have six months of relevant work experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks and certifications.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering objects up to 50 lbs.
• Standing at least 6 hours, walking at least 4 miles daily.
• Ability to read small to large print and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
