Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking Texas-based tractor-trailer drivers for a Texas-only regional account. Expect 6 days on, 2 days off with home weekly, day or night shifts, and early mornings; weekends not guaranteed.

We operate a 100% Texas fleet with dedicated planners, repeat customers and familiar routes. Pay includes an average weekly range of $1,200–$1,400, plus a $1,000 guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months, and driver bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience required.
• Runs on Texas hours of service.
• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
• 21 years or older with a crash-free safety record.
• Clean MVR and background check.
• Must pass hair and urine drug screen.

Every load stays in state. San Antonio drivers on this Texas-only regional account get dedicated planners, repeat customers, and routes you'll actually get to know, no out-of-state dispatch, ever.

Freight & Route

• 100% Texas fleet, no exceptions
• 80% drop and hook
• Dedicated planners, familiar routes and repeat customers

Schedule

• 6 days on, 2 days off
• Home once a week
• Day and night shifts, early morning driving expected
• Weekends off not guaranteed, holidays worked as needed

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,200 to $1,400, standard OTR mileage scale
• $1,000 guaranteed for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
• Driver performance bonus
• $15 stop pay

Qualifications

• 6+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience required
• Runs on Texas hours of service
• Valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, 21 or older
• High safety score required, must be crash-free
