Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Texas is seeking drivers to run local routes with Texas hours of service. This position offers 6 days on, 2 days off, home once a week, and day/night shifts.

Earn $1,200 to $1,400 weekly on average with a $1,000 guaranteed pay for the first 3 months after solo dispatch, plus a performance bonus and $15 stop pay. 100% Texas freight, drop & hook, dedicated planners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Must run on Texas hours of service.
• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older.
• High safety score required, crash-free.
• Clean MVR and background check.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

San Benito drivers, this local seat keeps you home in Texas, every single load, with dedicated planners who know your routes and repeat customers waiting on the other end.

Pay

• $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly, standard OTR mileage pay
• $1,000 guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after solo dispatch

• 80% drop and hook
• Dedicated planners, familiar routes, repeat customers

Schedule

• 6 days on, 2 days off
• Home once a week
• Day and night shifts, early AM driving expected
• Weekends off not guaranteed, some holiday work required
