Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Local Truck Driver to join our team. You will drive roll-off trucks for local pickups and deliveries, performing pre-trip inspections, and ensuring loads are secured and properly labeled.

You will also maintain DOT hours and complete required paperwork. As an Arcwood City driver you will interact with customers professionally, load/unload as needed, and take on additional duties to support a growing nationwide waste management operation.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of Class A CDL driving experience is required.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate roll-off trucks for local pickups and deliveries.
• Inspect vehicle and equipment before daily trips and fuel as needed.
• Complete manifests, bills of lading, and other load documents.
• Maintain electronic hours of service for DOT compliance.
• Transport loads to disposal sites or customer facilities as directed.
• Represent the company with courtesy to customers.
• Load roll-off boxes and assist with loading tasks.
• Perform additional duties to support the team.
