Qualifications

• Intrastate and Interstate Driving Experience Required

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-trip inspections to ensure safe operating condition. Verify safety equipment and logs.
• Check shipping papers and bills of lading for load details and hazards.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company regulations.
• Collect delivery instructions and verify routes before dispatch.
• Pick up and deliver freight; plan routes to minimize delays and fuel use.
• Load/unload and secure freight using tarps, chains, binders, or straps.
• Match freight with bills of lading; note any exceptions in writing.
• Present a professional image to clients and communicate delays to the Support Center.
