Job summary

All Tile – CCS in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a qualified Class A CDL Truck Driver for local route deliveries. The role emphasizes reliable, on-time performance with emphasis on safety and customer service. Forklift experience is a plus and a $3,000 hiring bonus is available.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, load verification, and maintaining DOT compliance. Monday–Friday schedule typical with early start times depending on routes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Customer Service Fundamentals, Over the Road (OTR) Transportation Routing, OSHA, and DOT.
• Must have a CDL (Class A) and pass DOT-required physical and related drug tests.
• Experience driving a forklift is a plus.
• Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading merchandise with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Verify loads for accuracy.
• Deliver merchandise to the destination safely and on schedule.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers during deliveries.
• Obey and follow applicable traffic laws.
• Maintain ELOG and comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Report defects, accidents, and violations.
• Communicate and coordinate with dispatch and customer care team on deliveries.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
