All Tile CCS in Livonia, MI is seeking a qualified Class A or B CDL Truck Driver for local route deliveries. This role focuses on dependable, detail-oriented drivers who perform loading/unloading, ensure loads are accurate, and meet delivery timelines.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm with local routes and no overnights. A $3,000 hiring bonus is offered, paid incrementally at 60, 90, and 180 business days, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• CDL (Class A or B) with DOT medical cert required.
• Minimum 2 years in commercial transportation.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload merchandise with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Verify loads for accuracy.
• Deliver merchandise to destination safely and on schedule.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Report defects, accidents, and violations.

Position Summary

We are immediately seeking a qualified Class A or B CDL Truck Driver who is highly detailed and enjoys the satisfaction of getting the job done right and on time. An ideal candidate is a reliable, dependable team player with experience doing route deliveries in a straight box truck or semi-truck.

Branch: All Tile - CCS in Livonia, MI

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm. Local Routes, No Overnights.

• ELIGIBLE FOR A $3K HIRING BONUS: Paid out incrementally at 60, 90, 180 business days**

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading merchandise with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Verify loads for accuracy.
• Deliver merchandise to the destination safely and on schedule.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers during deliveries.
• Obey and follow applicable traffic laws.
• Maintain ELOG and comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Report defects, accidents, and violations.
• Communicate and coordinate with dispatch and customer care team on deliveries.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
• Knowledge of Customer Service Fundamentals, Over the Road (OTR) Transportation Routing, OSHA, and DOT.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Commercial Transportation with CDL.

Other Qualifications

• Must have a CDL (Class A or B) and pass DOT-required physical and related drug tests.
• Able to pass additional pre-employment screening required by the company.
• Experience driving a forklift is a plus.
• Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
• Ability to work with details such as vendor item numbers, vendor catalogs, customer lists, phone systems, and ERP software.
• Ability to learn core computer competencies with general operating systems for orders and related functions.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
