Job summary

Drivers operate dry van equipment on local routes, with drop-and-hook and live loads, and receive a guaranteed weekly minimum in addition to performance bonuses. Responsibilities include safe driving, maintaining logs, and complying with all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist as needed by the customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
