You’ll need a valid CDL (Class A) and endorsements, plus passing Ryder's drug test, background check, and a DOT physical. The package includes a $1,550 weekly guarantee, per mile and per stop pay, safety bonuses, PTO from day one, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass Ryder drug test, background and motor vehicle checks.
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• Experience: 9 months in last 3 years, or 2 years in last 5 years, or 5 years in last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards; maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
