Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Nashville, TN for local home daily routes. Position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, PTO from day one, and a strong safety culture.

You will operate well-maintained tractors/trailers on no-touch auto parts freight with support from a nationwide maintenance network. Flexible start times (AM/PM) and bid-based schedules, with opportunities to earn additional bonuses and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detect and eliminate safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist as required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
