Ryder System, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local, home-daily routes. The position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and a driven career with growth potential.

Earn weekly pay of $1,355+ with a $2,000 performance bonus paid in two installments in the first year. Route includes TN, KY, IN, MS, AL, AR with day cab tractors and dry van trailer equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years.
• Must be 21+ years old and pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards; maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading if required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned
