48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a CDL Driver in Boise, ID. The role offers home daily work with no-touch freight, competitive hourly pay at $27.00/hr, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 at 30 days and $2,500 at 90 days).

Shifts are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2:00pm–6:00pm; Saturday + On Call 7:00am–3:00pm. Location: 4941 South Apple Street, Boise, ID 83716. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• Must pass a DOT Physical.
• PSP scores 10 or below preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle local truckload deliveries; drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within ~150 miles on 2–4 routes per shift.
• Operate an automatic 53' dry van on PART-TIME shifts.

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$27.00/hr. with $5,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 paid at 30 days, $2,500 portion paid at 90 days)

Shift(s):

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 2:00pm - 6:00pm; and Saturday + On Call 7:00am - 3:00pm

What You'll Do

• • Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

  • Deliver and pick up trailers within (150 miles) making about (2-4 of routes) routes per shift

  • Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (Part time) shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
