Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Springfield, OH, is hiring a CDL A Delivery Driver to service local accounts. You'll build relationships with customers while delivering food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, and universities. Shifts start early; you are home every day.

You will unload up to 100 lbs, use a ramp and two-wheeler, and must pass a drug test and background check. DOT Clearinghouse registration is required. Benefits start day one with weekly pay and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL license at hire.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food products to customers, including restaurants, schools, hospitals, and universities.
• Unload cases up to 100 lbs and use ramp and two-wheeler.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering goods.
• Home daily with day shifts and local routes.
