Job summary

TransForce is seeking Class A CDL Drivers for local operations in Nazareth, PA. This home-daily, touch-freight role supports mail routes and startup operations, with steady pay and benefits.

Operate Class A equipment on mail routes, ensuring time-sensitive deliveries are completed safely and on schedule. Eligible drivers must have 9 months of recent CDL driving experience and meet DOT qualifications. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, a 401(k) and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 9 months of recent and verifiable Class A driving experience
• Must meet all DOT and company qualification requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Complete assigned routes accurately and on time
• Load, unload, and handle mail as required
• Support startup execution, go-live, and operational stabilization
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records
• Report delays, equipment issues, and operational concerns promptly
• Follow all DOT and company procedures
