Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is hiring a Class A CDL Local Driver who will be home daily on a 10–12 hour shift schedule with night dispatches. Expect 100% no-touch freight, primarily drop-and-hook, on regional lanes through PA, NJ, DE, MD and VA. Earn $1,400–$1,600 weekly with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

• Minimum 12 months of verifiable CDL-A experience (Fully qualified; no trainees/trainers).
• Must live within 40 minutes of the Bethel DC (9141 Old U.S. 22).

• Operate 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook on OnTrac parcel trailers.
• Drive fixed regional lanes across PA, NJ, DE, MD and VA.
• Home daily after 10–12 hour shifts and night dispatches.

Class A CDL Local Driver – $1,400–$1,600/wk Avg – Home Daily

Location:Bethel, PA (Must reside within a 40-minute commute)

Job Type:Full-time, W2

Weekly Earnings & Pay Extras

• Average Pay:$1,400 – $1,600 per week
• Mileage Rate:$0.65 CPM
• Shift Differential:+$25/shift for starts after 5:00 PM (applies to night dispatches)
• Weekend Bonus:+$75 extra for EACH Saturday or Sunday worked
• Drop & Hook Pay:$25 single / $35 double drop & hook ($25 per live event)
• Extra Day Pay:$100 for a 6th day worked
• Sign-On Bonus:$2,500

Schedule & Daily Home Time

• Home Time:Home Daily after every 10–12 hour shift
• Dispatch Window:Night dispatches starting between 8:00 PM and Midnight
• Schedules:Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Friday (Rotational/varying days off required)

Freight & Routes

• Equipment:Automatic transmission day cabs
• Operations:100% No-touch freight pulling OnTrac parcel trailers (primarily drop-and-hook with minor live loads)
• Lanes:Fixed regional distribution lanes across PA, NJ, DE, MD, and VA
