Job summary

Salt City Trucking is hiring a CDL-A Local Grocery Driver for the Kroger account in the Denver metro area. This dedicated local role starts at the Aurora main yard, features predictable routes, no-touch freight, and about 1,700 miles per week with 13 stops.

You will run nights and early mornings, home daily, six days on with two days off, and occasional overnight surge trips. Trucks are 2025 models with automatics, and drivers must have a valid CDL, DOT card, and a clean record.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of verifiable CDL experience.
• Comfortable with night, evening, and early-morning driving.
• Clean driving record and a current DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers; reliable transportation to the facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated local Kroger account route with no-touch freight.
• President: approximately 1,700 miles per week and about 13 stops.
• Live unload and drop & hook at store locations.
• Maintain safe, on-time performance and comply with DOT regulations.
