Salt City Trucking is hiring a CDL-A Local Grocery Driver for the Kroger account in the Denver area. This dedicated local role starts at the Aurora main yard with home daily, no-touch freight, and predictable routes across Colorado and Cheyenne, WY.

Expect about 1,700 miles per week, 1–3 loads daily, and roughly 13 stops weekly. The position requires a valid Class A CDL, at least 3 months of verifiable CDL experience, and flexibility for night, evening, and early-morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Comfortable with night, evening, and early-morning driving.
• Flexible schedule as shifts vary.
• Clean driving record and DOT Medical Card required.
• No SAP drivers.
• Reliable transportation to the facility; trucks cannot be taken home.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 1,700 miles per week.
• 1–3 loads per day.
• Approximately 13 stops per week.
• Live unload and drop & hook.
• No-touch freight.
• Predictable routes to grocery stores throughout Colorado and Cheyenne, WY.
• Short mountain runs may be assigned.
