Job summary

Polaris Freightways is hiring an experienced Local CDL A Driver for our Intermodal fleet based in Portland, Oregon. This role offers a local, home-daily schedule on a dedicated route with multiple daily dispatches and a five-day workweek (option for a sixth day for extra earnings).

Drivers operate day cabs for about 10 hours per shift, handling a mix of live-load and drop-and-hook freight. Valid CDL-A and recent tractor-trailer experience are required plus DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• At least three months of tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 12 months.
• Ability to meet DOT safety and company hiring standards.

Responsibilities
