Job summary

MAST is seeking local CDL-A truck drivers to earn strong pay while returning home every day. Routes are within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN, with shifts typically starting between 11 AM and 2 AM and about 8 hours per day.

Drivers average $90,000 per year with a $0.75/mi base rate plus a $0.15/mi performance bonus — up to $0.90/mi plus stop pay and load pay. Orientation pay $500, plus sign-on up to $7,500 and referral bonus $4,500. Benefits include medical coverage, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1 year of local or OTR CDL-A experience.
• Must have previous experience crossing state lines.

Responsibilities

• Haul refrigerated grocery loads on local lanes.
• Home daily with routes within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN.
