MAST is hiring local CDL-A drivers who will run within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN, with home time at the end of every shift. Expect an average pay around $90,000 annually, with a base rate of $0.75/mi plus a $0.15/mi performance bonus, potentially reaching $0.90/mi with stop and load pay.

The position offers home daily schedules, around 8-hour shifts starting between 11 AM and 2 AM, and a $500 orientation pay plus a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 over the first year for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1 year of local or OTR CDL-A experience.
• Must have previous experience crossing state lines.

Responsibilities

• Haul refrigerated grocery loads on established local lanes.
• Home every day with shifts around 8 hours (start times 11 AM–2 AM).
• Operate within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN, and maintain on-time deliveries.
