Falcon Farms is seeking a CDL Driver for local, home-daily routes from our Georgia facility. You will help connect our flower farms in South America with stores and customers across the United States, delivering fresh flowers safely and on schedule.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and safety. You will operate a 26-foot refrigerated box truck on local routes, comply with DOT rules, and enjoy a competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid CDL Class A license.
• Meet all DOT rules, regulations, and requirements.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screening and physical examination.
• Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to handle physical work including loading and unloading cargo.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining professionalism while interacting with warehouse staff and customers
• Safely operating a 26-foot refrigerated (reefer) box truck
• Driving local delivery routes with daily return to home base
• Loading and unloading cargo shipments (pallets or flower racks)
• Ensuring products are transported safely while maintaining proper temperature control
• Following all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Assisting with warehouse or shipping operations when needed

Pay: $25.00 per hour
