Polaris Freightways is hiring a CDL-A Dedicated Local Truck Driver for a Chicago-based account. This home-daily role offers consistent local routes (max 91 miles round trip), mostly drop-and-hook freight, and automatic transmissions.

Work six days, then a 34-hour reset. Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and meet one of the following: three months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 12 months, or qualifying tractor-trailer experience in the past 10 years with active driving time, and

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• 3+ months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 12 months.
• Qualifying tractor-trailer experience in the past 10 years with time actively driving.
• Ability to meet DOT and company hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated local routes with a max 91-mile round trip.
