Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions Inc. is seeking safety-conscious CDL A Linehaul Drivers for a Kansas City, KS role. Drivers will haul between our customer/terminal locations, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and complete DOT paperwork.

This position offers home daily weekends off and a robust benefits package. Qualified candidates have a valid CDL A, Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain them, and at least 1 year of experience with clean driving records.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CDL Class A CDL.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain (renewals reimbursable).
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI in past 3 years; no more than 3 traffic violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Hook up and haul trailers between our locations per dispatch guidance.
• Ensure shipping documents are ready for DOT inspection and accompany shipments.
• Operate tractor-trailer for long distances and ensure safe delivery.
