Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking CDL drivers for a Monday–Friday shift, home daily with competitive pay and benefits starting on day one. This role primarily operates a straight truck with occasional 53-ft tractor-trailer around the site and on public roads.

You will inspect equipment, load and unload freight, and maintain safety and housekeeping, with overtime after 40 hours and a $1.75/hr shift differential.

Qualifications

• 6 months CDL A experience operating same type of equipment or larger in last 3 years.
• Current valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck and occasionally a 53-ft tractor-trailer at the site and on public roads.
• Inspect tractor/yard truck before and after the shift.
• Maneuver tractor/trailer safely within the facility and designated lanes.
• Maintain housekeeping within the tractor/trailer and defined areas.
• Load and unload freight or assist in loading/unloading the truck.
• Work safely and follow all safety policies and practices.
