Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Texas is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for home daily routes. You will operate tractors pulling 53-foot trailers and box trucks, loading/unloading at docks, and maintaining safe driving practices on local roads.

The role requires a valid CDL-A with a clean driving record and at least 6 months of relevant experience. Shift is Friday–Monday, 3:00 PM–12:30 AM, with overtime and a comprehensive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• 6 months of CDL experience operating the same type of equipment or larger within the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current valid CDL A license with a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractors pulling 53-foot trailers and box trucks in and around the site or on public roads.
• Touch freight loading and unloading at docks.
• Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices.
• Perform routine inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch.
