Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking a licensed CDL Driver to join our team and safely manage deliveries from the facility to job sites. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and keeping tight control of loading and unloading procedures.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens required.
• Flatbed, straight and/or knuckle boom truck experience preferred.
• Semi tractor & trailer experience preferred.
• Trailer mounted forklift experience preferred.
• Crane certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a safe work zone at each job site.
• Adhere to delivery schedule and follow job directives.
• Document every delivery by taking photos with the camera phone system.
• Perform a thorough load check and secure all materials per regulations.
• Work with Delivery Material Handler to place and unload materials.
• Complete logs and required government paperwork accurately.
• Provide the customer with an invoice and collect COD payments.
• Possibly assist with warehouse loading/unloading as assigned.
• This position does not require over-the-road travel.
