Job summary

Central Transport in Springfield, MO is seeking Local Pick Up and Delivery Drivers to join our team. You will operate modern equipment on local routes and be home daily, delivering freight on time and damage-free.

Qualified applicants have at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience, HazMat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain within 60 days, a clean MVR, and the ability to pass a DOT drug screen and hair follicle test. No DUI within 5 years (one lifetime).

Qualifications

• 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
• No DUI within the last 5 years (no more than 1 in a lifetime).
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and hair follicle test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver freight on time and damage-free.
• Unload trailer at end of daily route.
• Be the face of Central Transport and support customer relations.
