Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking CDL A drivers in Wichita, KS for local route deliveries. You will operate company vehicles to transfer freight on a set schedule, unload and reload cargo, and complete DOT paperwork. A safety-first mindset and customer service focus are essential.

Required are a valid Class A CDL, 1 year driving experience, and willingness to obtain Hazmat/Tanker endorsements. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, and 401k with match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years of age
• 1 year of commercial driving experience
• No DUI/DWI in past 3 years
• Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and/or pick up freight to/from customer locations or terminals as instructed.
• Ensure shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection.
• Load/unload freight with or without mechanical assistance as needed.
