Job summary

J Rose Logistics is hiring CDL Class A drivers for a local dedicated account based in Shelbyville, IN. You'll run within about 250 miles of Shelbyville, with daily home time and a predictable schedule.

Earn an average of $90,000 per year plus per-stop and per-load pay, $7,500 sign-on bonus, orientation pay, and a $0.15/mile performance bonus. Home daily, 8–9 hour shifts, weekend and weekday off patterns. Refrigerated grocery freight and touch freight with pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Must have a CDL-A license and 6 months verified Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Residence within 60 miles of Shelbyville, IN.
• Comfortable handling touch freight using pallet jacks and moving bulkheads.

Responsibilities

• Operate local refrigerated routes within a 250-mile radius of Shelbyville, IN.
• Unloading: touch freight with pallet jacks and occasional hand unloads.
• Average 2 stops per day; some loads up to 5 stops.
