Lazer Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Local Yard Driver in New Jersey to stay in one location, move trailers within the yard, and avoid long routes or touches.

This role offers a steady, predictable day with a consistent start and end time, and a supportive team focused on safety and quality of life. You will earn $24.50 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential, overtime after 40 hours, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Current DOT Medical Card required.
• Safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers within the yard and between dock doors.
• Perform drop and hook operations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate with dispatch and yard personnel.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation.

As a Local Yard Driver with Lazer Logistics, you will stay in one location for your entire shift. No traffic, no long routes, and no multiple stops. Instead, you focus on moving trailers within the yard in a safe, controlled environment.
