Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking a CDL driver for local deliveries in Massachusetts, with a schedule Monday–Friday and some Saturdays. You’ll be home each night and eligible for robust benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a strong 401(k) plan.

You will drive a DOT-regulated route, perform pre-trip checks, load/unload, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining safety at all times.

Qualifications

• CDL required with clean MVR/PSP record.
• HAZMAT endorsement preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload products to customers with accurate, on-time service.
• Load, unload and secure cargo for safe transport.
• Collect payments and document deliveries per procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and compliant with DOT rules.
