Job summary

World Oil is seeking a Local Commercial Driver for a full-time role in Parlier, CA. The driver will handle pickup and delivery of hazardous/non-hazardous waste and related materials, requiring safe operation of a commercial vehicle and adherence to route plans.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class A/B license with endorsements, and 1–2 years of driving experience. Lifting up to 50 lbs and both manual/automatic transmissions are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Commercial Class A/B Driver's License with endorsements.
• 1–2 years of experience driving a commercial vehicle and maintaining a Class A/B license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manual and Automatic Transmission required.
• Shift: Mon–Fri 6:00 am–4:00 pm; Saturday work possible.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely on a daily basis.
• Plan routes and complete customer service requests efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Maintain basic vehicle maintenance, including fueling.
• Deliver/pick up oil, antifreeze, and waste to/from customer sites.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and coworkers.
