Job summary

Central Transport LLC is seeking Local Pick Up and Delivery Drivers in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers Local Home Daily Routes with modern equipment and consistent routes, delivering freight on time and damage-free while representing the company to customers.

Ideal candidates have 3 months of tractor-trailer experience, HazMat/Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain within 60 days, a clean MVR, and the ability to pass a DOT drug screen and hair follicle test.

Qualifications

• 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• HazMat and Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• No DUI’s within the last 5 years (no more than 1 in a lifetime)
• Ability to pass a DOT Drug Screen and hair follicle test

Responsibilities

• Deliver freight on time and damage-free and represent the company to customers
• Unload trailer upon completion of daily route
• Be the face of Central Transport and maintain customer relations

They are responsible for ensuring that our customers' freight is delivered on time and damage free. Our drivers also unload their trailer upon completion of their daily route.
