Job summary

Polaris Freightways is seeking an experienced CDL A local truck driver based in Stockton for a day cab position. The role involves routes throughout the Bay Area with daily home time and a Monday-through-Friday schedule, typically 12 to 14 hours per day.

Drivers will haul 48- and 53-foot flatbed trailers, secure loads with straps, and operate automatic-transmission trucks. Occasional trips to Reno may occur as part of the route.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Three months of driving experience within the last 12 months
• Able to strap and secure flatbed loads

Responsibilities

• Haul 48- and 53-foot flatbed trailers in the Bay Area.
• Secure loads with straps as required.
• Deliveries originate in Stockton and serve San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland and nearby areas
