Compensation & Rewards

• Stop Pay: $15 for Milk Runs | $10 for Ice Cream.
• Paid Orientation: 3-day onboarding program at $100/day.
• Mileage Pay: $.48 CPM.
• Short Haul Premium: $70 plus mileage.
• Load Pay: $75 per load.

This role features an even split between local delivery and relay operations, ensuring variety in your work week while maintaining a local footprint.

The Work

• Service Split: 50% Local Store Delivery | 50% Relay Operations.
• Delivery Profile: 5–15 stops per day delivering dairy products to store locations within the Houston Metro. Includes approximately 20% freight unload assist (down stacking).
• Relay Profile: Overnight runs between Conroe and Fort Worth. These runs are 100% no-touch freight.
• Running Area: Houston Metro and surrounding areas for deliveries; Conroe to Fort Worth for relays.

Schedule & Equipment

• Home Time: Local / Home Daily.
• Shift Starts: 05:00 (Delivery) or 17:00 (Relay).
• Weekly Mileage: Approx. 1,000 miles (Local) or 2,250 miles (Relay).
• The Rig: Modern Day Cabs pulling 48ft Reefers.
• Specs: Automatic transmissions
• Configuration: Slip-seat operation with a dedicated relay partner.
