Job summary

Titus Transport is seeking qualified Class A CDL drivers to join our local driver team in Valparaiso, IN. The role focuses on grocery freight movement from the distribution center to local stores, with a home daily schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

You'll earn an average weekly pay of $1,850, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid within 90 days. Expect 5 days on, 2 days off with potential for extra shifts, and a stable, driver-focused work environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center to stores in the surrounding area.
• Perform load/unload duties using an electric pallet jack; typically 3–4 stops per load.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional conduct at each location.
• Comply with all safety rules and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure equipment is well-maintained.

What You'll Do:

Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center in Valparaiso, IN to stores throughout the surrounding area

Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load

Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store

Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines

Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained

What You Bring:

24 months recent verifiable Class A driving experience

Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card

Refrigerated and Dry Van experience highly preferred

Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background
