Job summary

Titus Transport is hiring a Local CDL A Driver to join our Valparaiso, IN team. This full-time, on-site role offers a home-daily schedule, competitive pay averaging $1,850 per week plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in the first 90 days.

You'll shuttle refrigerated grocery freight from our distribution center to stores in Chicago and Northern Indiana, with 5 days on and 2 off. Benefits kick in after 60 days, and we emphasize safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have 24 months verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Refrigerated and Dry Van experience preferred.
• Clean MVR/PSP/Background.
• Commitment to safety and service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from Valparaiso, IN to stores in surrounding area.
• Unload with electric pallet jack; ~3–4 stops per load.
• Maintain excellent customer service at each store.
• Comply with DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain equipment.

What You'll Do:

Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center in Valparaiso, IN to stores throughout the surrounding area

Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load

Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store

Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines

Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained

What You Bring:
