Titus Transport in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Local CDL A Driver to haul refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center to stores across Chicago and Northern Indiana. You will operate on a home-daily schedule and handle unloading with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3–4 stops per load.

Qualifications

• 24 months recent verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Refrigerated and Dry Van experience highly preferred.
• Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, service, and job stability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center to stores in the surrounding area.
• Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, 3–4 stops per load.
• Maintain excellent customer service with a positive, professional store interaction.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company safety rules.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure equipment is maintained.

What You'll Do

Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center in Valparaiso, IN to stores throughout the surrounding area

Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load

Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store

Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines

Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained
