Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is hiring a driver for local palletized deliveries. Eligible candidates must hold a CDL A with a clean MVR and forklift certification.

The role entails pickup and offload of palletized products using a flatbed, with home every night in Morrisville, NC. Responsibilities include safe transport to job sites, following dispatcher instructions, completing pre-trip inspections, and strict adherence to state and company safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL A license with clean MVR required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to safely operate gas-powered delivery trailer.

Responsibilities

• Transport block, mortar, and all other materials to job site in a safe manner.
• Receive from dispatcher invoice for materials, directions to job site and any special instructions and follow them to the detail.
• Perform pre-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and report any concerns.
• Operate tractor-trailer/vehicle according to state and federal laws and observe safety regulations.
• Monitor and immediately report problems with equipment operations, product quality, customer satisfaction and traffic.

Job Summary

Job Requirements

• Must be able to operate a gas-powered delivery trailer safely and efficiently
• Must be forklift certified
• Must have a CDL A
