Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a local CDL-A Driver for Fruitland, ID. Pay is $24/hour with 3 days of 12-hour shifts and 1 day of a 6-hour shift, primarily local driving from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

The role involves transporting finished products, assisting in loading/unloading, forklift operations, inventory entry in Magic, and maintaining shipping areas and paperwork in GMP-compliant conditions.

Qualifications

• Commercial Driver’s License – Class A required.
• Forklift skills required.
• Prior CDL Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished product to storage facilities.
• Assist in unloading trailers as necessary.
• Assist in the freezer forklift operations as necessary.
• Notify shipping supervisor of needed materials such as: cardboard, slip sheets, pallet pads, corner posts, etc.
• Maintain area behind shipping dock clean and organized.
• Maintain shipping dock clean and organized.
• Separate old and new pallets and call Mack pallets when there is full load of old broken pallets.
• When receiving or sending product enter in the information into Magic to track inventory.
• Maintain orderly and accurate shipping paperwork.
• Maintain good personal hygiene, follow GMP's and keep a clean, safe and sanitary workplace. Immediately report any situation that may cause product to be contaminated.
