Earn an annual potential of $70,000 to $95,000+ with weekly averages of $1,400+. Routes cover NC, VA, PA, and WV with a 5-on 2-off pattern and 11–14 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• MUSTHAVE at least 3 months Class A experience.
• Ability to work 11–14 hour shifts, including weekends.
• 100% No-Touch, live unload freight is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle.
• Haul dry and refrigerated freight (100% No-Touch, live unload).
• Maintain accurate ELD records and perform pre-/post-trip inspections.

Job description

We are seeking professional Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a high-paying, dedicated regional fleet. This position offers stable miles, predictable lanes, and the ability to be home daily with a consistent schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• Average Weekly Gross: $1,400+ per week
• Top Earners: $1,800+ per week
• Annual Earning Potential: $70,000 to $95,000+
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500
• Additional Stop Pay: $20 per stop
• Guaranteed CPM Pay Structure: Routes pay whichever is greater—Standard Mileage Pay or the Minimum Mileage Band Pay!
• Experience-Based CPM Scale:
  • 0–6 Months: $0.56 CPM
  • 6 Mos–1 Year: $0.57 CPM
  • 1–2 Years: $0.58 CPM
  • 2–3 Years: $0.59 CPM
  • 3–5 Years: $0.60 CPM
  • 5–7 Years: $0.61 CPM
  • 7–10 Years: $0.62 CPM
  • 10+ Years: $0.63 CPM

Route & Schedule

• Home Time: Home Daily with a guaranteed 48-hour reset (same 2 days off every week).
• Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off. Shifts run 11–14 hours.
• Running Area: Dedicated deliveries to locations across NC, VA, PA, and WV.
• Weekly Volume: 1,600 – 1,700 average weekly miles.
• Equipment: Newer model day cabs (slip-seat operation).

Job Duties & Freight

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle.
• Haul dry and refrigerated freight (100% No-Touch, live unload).
• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and perform pre-/post-trip inspections.

Job Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• MUSTHAVE at least 3 months Class A experience.
• Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work 11–14 hour shifts, including weekends.
• Safety: Maintain a clean driving and safety record.
